Items will be shipped via either UK Royal Mail First or Second Class and are wrapped in bellybands and include a comps slip. If your item is a gift going directly to the recipient, please let me know if you would like a personalised message. If you would like another method of shipping, please contact email@example.com.
Please order carefully and check that your order is exactly what you want when you receive email confirmation. If you spot a mistake, please inform us within 24 hours. After this time changes cannot be made.
We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item.
Please notify musthud within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if there is a problem, musthud do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must notify musthud within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unused. A replacement will be sent out once your returned item is received.
Please note musthud design cannot refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the EU.
If you would like another method of shipping, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like further protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
Each item is lovingly handmade so there may be slight inconsistencies between products (size and colour). All sizes are approximate. Once washed, the fabric naturally crinkles and therefore, items may appear smaller.
Please follow care instructions carefully. We recommend that you wash your muslins separately to avoid the trim snagging.
